It’s time for some inner reflection! How are you spending your most precious commodity: your time on this planet?
1. Rate the following areas for 2009 on a scale of 1-10 in terms of your satisfaction levels:
Health
Relationship
Spiritual
Professional
Financial
Friends/Family
Community/Giving Back
2. What are your three proudest accomplishments from 2009?
After your list, consider also that these can also include who you were as a person: a more loving parent, son/daughter, brother/sister; a more caring employer/professional etc.
3. a) Which two areas of your life would you like to get breakthroughs in during 2010?
The time is now. You were not born to procrastinate. The answer is in 3b) and has been written about over three previous weeks in this e-zine!
b) What beliefs must you have to see this happen?
List out what these beliefs need to be. Typically they are almost the opposite of what you currently believe! Ex. I deserve and expect to be at my natural body weight; I have absolute certainty in my ability to generate any amount of income I choose; I feel happy and at peace with myself; I am totally confident and attract all the right people into my life; I live each day with passion and purpose.

c) Set goals that excite you about these areas and take action on these at least 5 days/week!
Part b) (changing your beliefs) comes first and will reinforce them so you do not give up. It is most important to repeat these beliefs daily. Then get busy living these.
Lastly, I would feel remiss to say that if you are not achieving what you want on your own, please find others to help you – mentors, coaches, or a mastermind group.Success is never achieved alone. Landmark Education also offers classes designed to help in these areas. They have helped me enormously. The last thing you want is to read an article like this in 12 months (or 12 years) and kick yourself!
Please feel free to pass this onto someone important to you.
